3.2.2 All statements in this Privacy Policy are applicable to practitioners, and it is mandatory for practitioners to carefully read and understand these privacy statements before providing any Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Data to AAHAS Softech Solutions. If practitioners do not agree to the Privacy Policy, they must immediately discontinue the use of the services, including the website.

3.2.3 The personal, identifiable information provided by practitioners to AAHAS Softech Solutions is used to help describe and identify them. This information is exclusively owned by AAHAS Softech Solutions. 3.2.4 AAHAS Softech Solutions automatically lists practitioner information on the website for every 'Doctor' or 'Clinic' added to a practice using the platform's software. The information displayed on the website becomes visible to end-users when they search for doctors, and this information is used by them to request appointments. Practitioners must provide their personally identifiable information to AAHAS Softech Solutions to be listed on the website, or the data may be collected from publicly available sources. AAHAS Softech Solutions displays this information as-is, without guaranteeing its accuracy or completeness. We strongly encourage practitioners to regularly verify the accuracy and completeness of their information and to notify us of any discrepancies, changes, or updates.
