3.2.2 All statements in this Privacy Policy are applicable to practitioners, and it is mandatory for practitioners to carefully read and understand these privacy statements before providing any Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Data to AAHAS Softech Solutions. If practitioners do not agree to the Privacy Policy, they must immediately discontinue the use of the services, including the website.

3.2.3 The personal, identifiable information provided by practitioners to AAHAS Softech Solutions is used to help describe and identify them. This information is exclusively owned by AAHAS Softech Solutions. While practitioners retain ownership of their information, they consent to AAHAS Softech Solutions collecting, using, processing, and/or disclosing their information for the following purposes. 3.2.4 AAHAS Softech Solutions automatically lists practitioner information on the website for every 'Doctor' or 'Clinic' added to a practice using the platform's software. The information displayed on the website becomes visible to end-users when they search for doctors, and this information is used by them to request appointments. Practitioners must provide their personally identifiable information to AAHAS Softech Solutions to be listed on the website, or the data may be collected from publicly available sources. AAHAS Softech Solutions displays this information as-is, without guaranteeing its accuracy or completeness. We strongly encourage practitioners to regularly verify the accuracy and completeness of their information and to notify us of any discrepancies, changes, or updates. AAHAS Softech Solutions will make reasonable efforts to maintain the accuracy and completeness of the listed information.

3.2.5 AAHAS Softech Solutions may also display information for practitioners who have not registered for the services, provided that these practitioners have given consent for AAHAS Softech Solutions to collect, process, and disclose their information on the website. Such practitioners are verified by AAHAS Softech Solutions or its affiliates, and efforts are made to ensure the accuracy of their information. However, AAHAS Softech Solutions does not assume liability for any inaccuracies or incomplete information displayed for these practitioners on the website.

AAHAS Softech Solutions has implemented industry-standard procedures and technologies, in accordance with applicable laws, to secure all personal data from collection to destruction. Any third-party data processor receiving personal data from AAHAS Softech Solutions must adhere to these security procedures or implement their own adequate measures.

3.3.10 AAHAS Softech Solutions may disclose or transfer End-Users’ personal and other information to third parties during reorganizations, asset sales, or corporate mergers.
